Getting the Right Moves Early

Getting the right moves early in the day will help you regain focus faster and make your day a lot productive than others. You can kick-start your day with these habits that will help you become more active the entire day even while you have tons of work ahead of you.

Look for something brightly colored in the morning. Red, yellow or orange will do the trick. To fully take advantage of this, you can prepare a breakfast that has all these colors. Orange juice with yellow eggs and a red robe to boot.

Alarm clocks should be your best friend and not your worst enemy. People tend to hit the snooze button when the alarm sets off and you still need to get some sleep. Avoid this habit by setting your alarm at the exact time you want to set it off and not a minute too early.

Imagine yourself living the day right. When you wake up in the morning, close your eyes but do not head back to sleep. Instead, imagine yourself doing the right things. This will help set your mind into doing the best things possible to keep your day ahead stress free.

Coffee might not be the only beverage you should drink in the morning. Water should be the first thing in mind when you wake up. Drinking water will help you replenish the loss of fluids from sleeping at night. Everything we do requires water and sleeping depletes our body with water. By drinking a glass of water, you restore balance to your fluid system.

A splash of sunlight can make a difference. Open the window when you wake up or step outside and enjoy the morning rays. Daylight will help you lose the chemicals that make you fall asleep. It can also boost your mood as you expose yourself to the early morning sunlight.

A good massage on the face might be all you need to make yourself look good the entire day. It will regulate blood circulation to your face making it look radiant.

Take the time to do it with your partner when you wake up. Having sex will boost your body’s testosterone levels for men and oxytocin for women. Both hormones are linked to stamina and your mood.
