Some techniques to delay ejaculation are really quite simple. One is to get into shape. Many times our time in our bed is the most exercise we ever get. If you find yourself sitting around all day at work and then coming home and watching TV and then getting into bed and trying to have fun in bed, then you will more than likely end too soon. You need to get into shape.
If you cannot run or jog then go for a brisk walk. But the more aerobic exercise you can do the better your performance will be later on. This is because sex is basically a physical act and the better your level of fitness the more you will be able to control your body in bed. This is not about trying to think about baseball when you are in bed to distract yourself from the climax. But if you want to think about running when you are in bed this might work. Let us say that you are running around the track to get yourself into shape.
So now you have a frame of reference when you are in bed during the act. When you feel yourself ready to climax simply think of yourself running and wanting to go one more lap around the track or make it to the next marker on your running trail. This way you can tell your body that you are not ready to quit yet.
You are now in control of your body rather than your body simply reacting to the excitement of the moment. This takes practice of course but you can take control of your body with your mind. It takes time to get into shape so do not expect results over night. But with practice you will be able to use effectively these techniques to delay ejaculation.
